Production is the process of putting the script to screen. Once the script or screenplay is developed the process moves into the next phase or pre production. Using advanced software programs like MOVIE MAGIC or EP SCHEDULING, the Production Manager or Assistant Director will break down the script into a series of scenes and develop an effective and cost efficient shooting schedule based on a number of parameters, i.e. cast, special equipment, locations, time of day, and crew requirements.
Our philosophy is that pre production time can never be too detailed. This allows for the maximum level of creativity on actual shooting days.

Our southwest Florida location provides us with an ample variety of location opportunities. Beaches, blue sky, nature, and stylized architecture are just a few of the looks that are right outside our door. As members of FILM FLORIDA we work closely with the local and regional film commissioners to accommodate permits, when required, and can provide assistance with production insurance, location scouting, still photography, and location management as needed.
Marine and aerial coordination are just a few of our specialties and many of our marine coordinators are licensed U.S. Coast Guard Captains and Master SCUBA divers.

Equipment is only as good as the personnel operating it and FFV prides itself in offering the best film and video crews anywhere in the country.
