Bill Mills is the president and founder of FLORIDA FILM & VIDEO and BMA Production Services, Inc. From his beginnings as a Director of Photography in Atlanta, Mills successfully bridged the gap between film and video as he took his operations into the high definition realm early in the 21st century.

Bill moved BMA to Florida in 1997 and formed FLORIDA FILM & VIDEO to complement the services BMA was already providing. Expanding on his success in the documentary and commercial industry, FFV developed a state of the art post production operation and a full service camera rental division, DIGITAL CINEMA HD.

In 2001 the company acquired one of the first Panasonic Varicams in the southeast and remains a leader in the HD and digital market with the recent addition of a complete RED package, HPX-3000 P-2 AVC Intra HD system as well as the new tapeless HPX-2700 Varicam, Sony EX-series cameras, and the popular HVX-200.

As an award winning director and cinematographer, Mills has circled the globe capturing images for a wide variety of clients, ranging from National Geographic to the United States Marine Corp.

Our philosophy is to design the team to fit the project and while our associate list is extensive we are proud to offers the services of a variety of talented producers, cinematographers, editors, and writers including Dara Padwo-Audick, J.R. Von Schondorf, Erik Curtis, Diane Foti-Mardis, Andrew Lee, Mark Stouffer, Stan Rarden, and Paul Koenig, to name a few.

FLORIDA FILM & VIDEO and DIGITAL CINEMA HD approaches each client's project in a specific, custom manner. We listen to their ideas, assist in determining the goals and audience of their production, design the budget, and project the schedule.

Whether it's a two person doc crew or a fully staffed film or commercial production, FFV can hire the crews, assemble the production team, payroll and insure everyone, act as the "production company of record" and monitor the budget through to completion.

We assign an experienced producer or production coordinator to be the main point of contact, who then oversees the entire production from script to screen. We work with the client to select the optimum team for the project.
