Each of the team is integral to the overall success of the final product. For that reason, we don't cut corners with team members...all of our staff and independent contractors have extensive broadcast credits. Since your production's success is our end goal, we do not limit our creative resources to just what is available in the local market.

With our extensive database of creative personnel, it is not uncommon to use a writer from Washington DC or a Director from Santa Barbara, if that's what your production requires. Whether it is writers, cinematographers, directors, or editors; we select the right person for your vision.

Over the years FFV has developed a wide scope of creative and talented writers. From short or long form documentary to promotional/commercial writing, our screenwriters are specialists in their area of expertise and are custom selected for the specific needs of your project.

The process begins with a brief treatment of the story and with your collaboration grows into the finished shooting script. The screenplay or script is then broken down into specific scenes so that our production managers and assistant directors can properly breakdown and schedule the production.

Interactive DVD authoring and development requires a special style of writing that FFV can offer. Many of our successful corporate in house programs have utilized this new and innovative technique.

Reels, sample scripts, and resumes are on hand upon request. Most of our writers have extensive broadcast credits on such programs as National Geographic Television, Discovery, ESPN, NOVA, and The History Channel just to name a few.
